Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the services provided by the company. By using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you are accessing services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Service Usage

The company grants a limited, non-exclusive right to use the services in accordance with these Terms and any applicable service-specific agreements. Unauthorized use, including attempts to disrupt services, reverse-engineer proprietary elements, or bypass security controls, is strictly prohibited. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of credentials and for activity conducted under their accounts.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the services, including but not limited to software, designs, documents, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to the company. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, users receive no ownership rights in such materials. Clients receiving deliverables may be granted a license for defined uses as set out in project agreements; those licenses may restrict redistribution, resale, or public attribution.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the company and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. The company's aggregate liability for direct damages arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be limited to amounts paid by the user for the services in the twelve months preceding the claim, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

Termination

Either party may terminate service agreements in accordance with the terms specified in their contract. The company may suspend or terminate access to services without prior notice if a user materially breaches these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or if continued provision of services becomes unlawful or impractical. Upon termination, users must cease use of proprietary materials and return or destroy confidential information as required by agreement.

Changes to Terms

The company may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through appropriate channels such as posting updated terms or notifying account holders. Continued use of the services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Users are encouraged to review the Terms periodically.
